Graco offers a 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship/ manufacturing default on all its products.
All repairs are handled at our central warehouse in Durban. If a particular product/item is still within its warranty period and one identifies that there is a manufacturing default/faulty workmanship with the product, the product will be repaired and returned to the customer at no charge within 7 - 14 days of receiving the product. If the product cannot be repaired, Graco will replace the product within 7 - 14 days of receiving the product, at no charge.
Should we identify that the product is damaged due to customer negligence/misuse, a charge will apply for the spare part required, as well as the labour required to complete the repair.
Regarding returns of product/merchandise, the retailer needs to abide by the Aftersales Service and Repairs Procedure, and only then will the assessment be made as to whether or not the product be repaired or returned for credit.
