We know the inevitable happens and we at Graco have you and your products covered. Our amazing customer service department will be able to help you figure out the best solution for your particular situation.
The process is simple:
- Contact the store that you bought the product from, for example Baby City
- In some cases they will need to asses the damage on the product so you may need to take your product to the store for repairs. If possible try to have all the product info on hand - like the brand, model number, model name etc.
- The store will then contact us on your behalf and order the replacement part or repair your product.
- The repairs will then be completed and sent to the store for collection. You will be notified by the store.
